TRAINING
Training on your org, with your data, for their actual job
No generic platform tour. Each session covers the tasks that role performs, in the org they’ll log into on Monday.
Generic Salesforce training teaches the product. People don’t need the product; they need to know how to do their job in it — and the answer differs completely between a field rep, a service agent and a finance approver.
We build role-based sessions from the real task list, deliver them in your sandbox with representative data, and leave you the materials, recordings and in-app guidance. Then we measure: not attendance, but whether usage moved in the following month.
What you get
- Role-based, task-based curriculum built from your process maps.
- Delivered in your own org so nothing looks unfamiliar on day one.
- Materials, recordings and quick-reference cards handed over for reuse.
- In-app guidance for the steps people forget after two weeks.
- Admin enablement so your team can take over confidently.
- Follow-up measurement of usage, plus a top-up session where it’s needed.

Common questions
How long are sessions?
End-user sessions are 60–90 minutes per role. Admin enablement runs as a series over several weeks so it can be practised between sessions.
Remote or in person?
Both work. In person is measurably better for a first go-live; remote is fine for refreshers and admin work.
Do you help with certification?
We support exam preparation for admins and developers, though we’re clear that a certificate and competence aren’t the same thing.
How do you know it worked?
We compare login frequency, feature usage and data completeness before and 30 days after, by role.
