SALES CLOUD

A pipeline that reflects reality

Stage definitions your reps will defend, forecasting that survives a board meeting, and four hours a week back from data entry.

A pipeline is only useful if it’s honest. Most aren’t, because the stages describe what the sales methodology deck says rather than what actually has to be true before a deal moves. So reps park deals in stage 3, the forecast is a negotiation, and leadership starts running the business off a spreadsheet again.

We rebuild the pipeline from exit criteria: what must be verifiably true for a deal to leave each stage. Then we make meeting those criteria the fastest path through the UI, not a compliance tax bolted on afterwards. Reps update the CRM when updating the CRM is the shortest route to their commission.

What you get

  • Stage exit criteria your reps helped write, enforced in the interface rather than in a policy document.
  • Forecast categories separated from stages, so probability stops being a personality trait.
  • Activity capture that doesn’t require typing — email, calendar and call logging automated.
  • Territory, quota and hierarchy modelled once, correctly, instead of patched every quarter.
  • Mobile flows built for a car park: three taps to log a visit outcome.
  • Reports that answer the questions your leadership actually asks on Monday.

Common questions

Our reps hate the CRM. Will this change that?

Only if the redesign removes work rather than adding fields. We measure clicks-per-deal-update before and after, and that number has to go down.

Can we keep our sales methodology?

Yes — MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger and home-grown all map to exit criteria. The methodology stays; the enforcement moves into the UI.

Do we need Sales Engagement or Revenue Cloud?

Not necessarily. We’ll tell you when a standard licence plus good design does the job.

How do you handle forecasting accuracy?

By separating stage from forecast category, defining what each category means in evidence, and reporting forecast versus actual by manager so the conversation is about data.
