Change that survives governance

Multi-org strategy, regional rollout, integration to systems older than the CRM, and documentation your architecture board will accept.

What’s different here

At enterprise scale the technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is that six countries have six legitimate reasons for their process to differ, and someone must decide which differences are real and which are habit.

We approach that with a core-plus-local model: a global core of shared objects, definitions and reporting, plus a defined and bounded local layer. The boundary is written down, and changes to the core follow a governance path everyone agreed in advance.

Integration and data residency add the third dimension. Legacy systems, regional data rules and existing middleware all constrain design, so architecture decisions get recorded with alternatives and rationale, ready for review.

Where CRM usually breaks

  • Silent divergence — regions customise the core until reporting stops rolling up.
  • Org sprawl — three orgs from three acquisitions, no consolidation plan.
  • Release contention — twelve teams, one shared sandbox.
  • Undocumented integrations — retiring an old system becomes impossible.
  • Adoption assumed — training delivered once, at go-live, in English.

What we build

Core-plus-local data model · Multi-org strategy (consolidate, coexist or federate) · Release management and environment strategy · Integration architecture with contracts · Governance forum and change process · Regional rollout plan with local enablement · Shield, Event Monitoring and audit configuration

Common questions

Should we consolidate our orgs?

Sometimes. Consolidation is expensive and occasionally the wrong answer; we assess against reporting need, licence cost and process divergence before recommending it.

How do you handle data residency?

With an architecture that accounts for it explicitly — hyperforce region selection, data classification and, where required, local storage patterns.

Can you work alongside our SI?

Yes, frequently, in a defined workstream with a clear interface.
