How we hire

01 Application review — Two days. Every applicant gets a reply, including a no. 02 Conversation (45 min) — About your work, not a quiz on trigger order of execution. 03 Practical (60 min, paid if it exceeds an hour) — A real, messy scenario. You can look things up. We care how you reason. 04 Team session (60 min) — Meet the people you’d work with. You ask most of the questions. Decision within three working days of the final stage.
