MANAGED SERVICES
The second year is where the value is
A named consultant who knows your org, a shared backlog you control, and a release every month — not a ticket queue and a stranger.
Most orgs decline slowly after go-live. Requests queue, small fixes wait for a project, and the gap between what the business needs and what the platform does widens until someone proposes a re-implementation.
Managed services is how we stop that. You get a set amount of consultant capacity each month, a backlog you prioritise, and a monthly release train that ships. The same person is on the account long enough to know why a field exists, which is the difference between support and maintenance.
What you get
- A named consultant and a named backup, not a rotating pool.
- Shared, visible backlog — you decide what ships next.
- Monthly release train with regression testing.
- Proactive health review each quarter, including release-readiness for Salesforce’s three annual updates.
- Adoption and usage reporting, so decline is visible early.
- Capacity you can flex up for a project without renegotiating a contract.

Common questions
How is this different from support?
Support fixes what’s broken. Managed services also builds what’s next, on a predictable cadence, with someone who knows your business.
What if we don’t use our hours?
A defined portion rolls over, and unused capacity gets flagged in the monthly review rather than quietly billed. Details are in the service schedule.
Can we keep our internal admin?
Yes. In many accounts we mentor the admin and take the work that needs specialist skill or extra hands.
Can we leave?
With 30 days’ notice. You keep all documentation, source control and credentials — there is nothing to hand back because it was always yours.
