HEALTH CHECK

Five days. One honest report on your org.

We audit the org, the data, the automation and the usage, then tell you what to fix first, what to retire, and what you’re paying for that nobody opens.

Orgs accumulate. A field added for a campaign in 2021, an automation nobody dares switch off, three profiles that should have been one permission set, and a licence tier bought for a feature that was never turned on.

The Health Check is a fixed-price, five-day audit that separates what’s load-bearing from what’s residue. You get a findings report ranked by cost and risk, a remediation plan you can execute yourself, and a clear answer to the question most clients actually arrive with: do we fix this or start again? (The answer is almost always fix.)

What you get

  • Fixed price, fixed duration. Five working days, one report, no scope creep.
  • Yours to keep. The remediation plan works whether or not you hire us to run it.
  • Licence and spend review. Which seats, tiers and add-ons are actually being used.
  • Security and compliance findings. Sharing model, permission sprawl, field-level access, audit trail gaps.
  • Automation debt, quantified. Overlapping flows, deprecated workflow rules, triggers competing for the same object.
  • Adoption data, not opinions. Login frequency, feature usage, report usage, mobile usage, by role.

How we run it

Day 1 — Read-only access, discovery interviews, metadata extract. Days 2–3 — Automated analysis plus manual review across the eight areas. Day 4 — Findings drafted, ranked by cost-to-business and effort-to-fix. Day 5 — Two-hour readout with your team, plus the written report and remediation backlog.

What you receive

Findings report (ranked, with evidence) · Remediation backlog, estimated and sequenced · Automation map of the current org · Permission and sharing matrix · Data quality scorecard · Licence utilisation summary · Adoption baseline · Recorded readout session

Common questions

What access do you need?

A read-only system administrator user, no production data leaves your tenancy. We work in your environment under your DPA.

Will this disrupt our users?

No. The audit is read-only and requires roughly three hours of your admin’s time across the week.

What if the answer is “start again”?

Occasionally it is — usually when the org was built on a data model that contradicts the business. We say so plainly, with the reasoning, and you’re free to take that to any partner.

Do we have to hire you to fix it?

No. The backlog is written to be executable by any competent admin or partner.

How is this different from Salesforce Optimizer?

Optimizer reports on technical metadata. We add business context, adoption data, licence fit, and a ranked plan — the parts that require someone to sit with your team.
