CONSULTING
Advice you can act on without buying anything
We start with the work your teams do, not with a product tier. Sometimes the recommendation is a smaller org, not a bigger one.
Consulting has a reputation problem because too much of it ends in a document that recommends the thing the consultancy sells. We try to earn trust the boring way: by being specific, showing our reasoning, and being willing to recommend less.
An engagement typically covers three things — what the platform should do, what it should stop doing, and in what order to get there. You leave with an architecture view, a sequenced roadmap with estimates, and a business case you can put in front of a finance director without embarrassment.
What you get
- Independent: we’re paid for the advice, not for a licence uplift.
- Grounded in observation of real work, not in a workshop where everyone describes the ideal process.
- Sequenced roadmap with estimates and dependencies, not a wish list.
- A business case with assumptions stated so your CFO can challenge them.
- Architecture decisions written down with the alternatives that were rejected and why.
- Executable by any partner, including your in-house team.

Common questions
Can we hire you for advice only?
Yes. A meaningful share of our consulting engagements end with a plan the client executes internally.
How is this different from a Health Check?
The Health Check audits an existing org in five fixed days. Consulting answers a broader business question and may recommend no technology change at all.
Do you recommend competitors?
When they fit better, yes. It happens a few times a year and it’s the reason clients come back.
How long is a typical engagement?
Three to six weeks for a focused question; longer for multi-region or multi-cloud programmes.

Thirty minutes with a consultant, not a salesperson. You’ll leave the call with at least one thing you can fix yourself — whether or not you hire us.
